"I put my trust in this facility and put up with things like billing my insurance company years later, inconsistencies in medications and lack of empathy from the front office staff, because I really liked the NP Natalie. Natalie is professional and genuinely cares about people and their well being. I can't say much about Dr. Signeous because he is hardly in the office and when he is there is more concerned with the weight loss patients. Nicole at the front desk is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. The whole facility is geared towards making money on weight loss clients thus the name of the business. I wish I would have known that before vesting over 4 years of my family's time into the facility. As a business owner, I know that you are only as good as your weakest link so for that reason I have been forced to move my family to a new practice."
