"Horrible customer service experience. Order a cab marker light on 811/2021 from Cory he said couldn’t get one he would hv to check different supplier. He found one and said the have in stock that he could get it by the 23rd. I told him I was going on vacation and wouldn’t be back until the 21st and would come when I get back. He said perfect we will have plenty of time then should be mid afternoon on 23rd when truck come. We’ll never heard anything else from him so I came in on the 23rd and ask him if my order was ready. I had to refresh his memory what I ordered which is understandable and he looked around for my ticket paperwork from order and couldn’t find it. He said we didn’t receive in the truck let me check something else. Looked in computer and said oh yeah we never got it bc it’s on back order and they didn’t send us I don’t know when it will be back in stock. Never once did he even say sorry. My truck has been sitting for almost 3 weeks bc I have been off and on vacation and I need the light to hit the road. I’m just glad I wasn’t depending solely on them to get me on the road or I would be stuck again without any remorse or apology. I told him I guess I would have to find it somewhere else, lucky for me kenworth in Greenville has them and I got it right away. I’ve did business with TNT before and wasn’t like this that why I didn’t leave 1 star. If need something ordered to get u going I would double and triple check with them to make sure they ordered. I did call back and speak to Corey about the light again and ask him to double check bc I bought one from kenworth and another was broke also so wanted to make sure it didn’t come in since he was lost on where he ordered or why he didn’t get. He said I thought u said u where going get somewhere else. I said I did but needed another one so wanted to check make sure. Still no apology or nothing. Usually they are nice and very helpful and hv all parts in stock guess was just the day. I still use this shop."
