"I bought a used truck about 2 weeks ago. A 2016 Chevrolet Colorado with 46,000 miles. 10 days after purchase the check engine light comes on. The truck was riding a little rough. Since most auto parts places are not reading codes because of Covid, I called Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge. After 3 days of leaving messages I was finally connected to someone who was able to talk to someone about the issue. This was not sales or repair, but someone who would put me on hold to ask someone my questions. They informed they could read the code for a fee. A $180 diagnostic fee. Then they would fix my issue for an additional fee. So I asked for the intake inspection and it showed they only appear to do routine maintenance on traded vehicles( oil change, fluids, new tires). Nothing indicated they look for deeper issues. I went and bought a reader myself for $30. I do have the code now. The truck finally broke down with my family on day 16 of ownership. I am now having to find a place to repair my truck within a week so we can go on vacation. The only good I can say is when I bought the truck they were great. Afterwards they could care less. Not even enough to call me back. In under 2 weeks I shouldn’t have to take my truck to a mechanic not knowing how much more I’m gonna have to spend."

"I scheduled a appointment to have my truck fixed. I gave them all the information they needed to order the recall parts. I dropped it off was told it will be ready by 5pm. I got a call from them that they don not have one of the parts. They wanted to keep it over night. I asked for a rental so I can get to work the next day. They told me that they did not have any. So I told them I would have to take it and bring it back Wednesday. I dropped it off on Wednesday at 7:30 am was told it would take 3 hours and that they would call with updates. It was about 5pm when I got the 1st call to tell me that it was ready. I know that they are busy but if you say you are going to call with updates then call."
