"Never buy a car key here. They replaced the shell for my car key a few weeks ago and after about 2 weeks it started falling apart worse than the original shell. I went in to get it replaced and the employee improperly cut the new key then forced it in to start my car. This damaged the ignition stranding me at their store for 2 hours while I waited for them to get their regional manager on the phone. The damage caused forced them to have to get my car towed and repaired and they offered no refund, never do business with these people they are incompetent. Response: So you guys do high quality products that fall apart expert service that damaged my ignition and the kind of customer service that has me paying for a rental out of pocket? Obviously you can't even be bothered to read my post and have a person answer cause that AI generated nonsense shows how much batteries plus is committed to fixing this."
