"This rating is more towards the front staff. I had my gallbladder surgery removal from one of the surgeons at this location. The surgeon was amazing!!! However, my only complaint was the front desk lady. I was discharged from the hospital due to complications from surgery, common bile blockage. The surgeon directed me to his office to request an excuse for work once discharged. When I arrived to the office as I explained the situation the lady working at the front desk (older and wears glasses),cut me off and wouldn’t listen. Once again I tried to explained and she was set on what she was saying, not acknowledging what I try to say. She kept cutting me off and began to raised her voice in a rude manner. Keep in mind, I was admitted to the hospital for about 5 days. The last thing I needed is to be treated in such way. The lady keep going off about wanting me to wait to get a follow up appointment, to received an excuse. Because according to her that’s how they do it. If she would of listen, she would of learn that the Surgeon notify me that I didn’t needed a follow up appointment, even when the hospital Had made one. Not once did she listen to me. She raised her voice. She was the WORSE person. I believe that she needs costumer service training or another profession. I was in pain and felt humiliated. What was worse, she wanted to be a petty person and told me “have a nice day”. This office have amazing staff. She ruined it for everyone."

"Dr. Kenneth Walton did my surgery and I was in good hands the entire way. On the day of surgery I was nervous and stressed and he came down and talked with me. Right away he eased my fears and from that moment on I was fine. He is an excellent surgeon, a friendly man and very professional. Even the office help are friendly and helpful. Cedar Surgical Center made a very stressful time in my life go over without a hitch. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for excellent surgeon's who will guide you through it all. His compassionate and extreme concern for my well-being was beyond reproach. His diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for recovery has been spot-on. "The office visit was $600 to tell us our son had a obvious hernia. No telling what the actual surgery would have cost if we would have been foolish enough to use them. Then to top it off, they turned us over to a collection agency even rhough we were making monthly payment. STAY AWAY!"
