"We just finished eating (1/26/24 @ 6:30 pm). To start, we walked in and it looked like a ghost town. 1 or 2 tables of two and 3 or so tables with dirty dishes. Eventually the waiter came over (roughly 15 minutes) to get our drinks. The kids meal came with a soft drink, so they asked for a sprite (foreshadowing). Finally we all got waters, no sprite. About 35 minutes after ordering, 3 kids burgers and 1 plain adult burger came. The waiter informed me they forgot to start my chicken so I told him to cancel my order. Still no sprite... The manager came over to see what was wrong and I told her I did not want to wait any longer, only for her to inform me that the waiter was mistaken and my sandwich was coming shortly. After an hour total (in a restaurant with no more than 3 tables including my family), it took an hour for 4 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich, no refills, and no sprite for the kids... Then the waiter had the audacity to say he "threw a fit" over the food taking so long that he had our kids sprites taken off the bill (which is included with kids meals) and that I could add that money saved to his tip. Needless to say, it was top 5 worst dining experiences I've had. I warned the older couple that was waiting at the entrance to leave that place asap. About a minute after i walked out, they did too. They waved and gave a thumbs up. Awful place, managed poorly. Staff is aaawwwffuuuullll. Cooks did make tasty food so thumbs up to them"

"Decided to try one of their new menu items this evening, the Deconstructed Kabobs. The Kabobs were amazing! Hope they keep that as a menu option. I also placed a to go order of the Rib Eye, Ribs, and Crispy shrimp combo. The ribs were fall of the bone delicious!"

"DO NO EAT AT THIS LOCATION. First the atmosphere was terrible. The lighting in the dining room was so bright you could probably get a tan. My husband and I sat at the bar for a nice dinner some drinks. Took bartender 10 minutes to get our drink order and deliver our drinks, which were two rum and Cokes. After reviewing their colorful menus we ordered. He ordered the New York Strip Steak, Medium Rare and I ordered the Bourbon Glazed Salmon. We both had the salad bar. When I approached the salad everything looked delicious, until I wanted peas and chick peas on my salad. The peas had this nasty slime in the bottom of the container that looked like someone put their snot in it, the chick peas were all frozen. Took the bartender approximately 10 more minutes to refill our cocktails, granted she did have a table in the area, which we did take into consideration. When our food was done my husbands steak came out first, my food sat in the hot window for about 5 minutes. When I got my salmon, rice pilaf, and zucchini, the rice was perfectly cook and temperature was awesome, the zucchini was so burnt I couldn't even eat it, I took one bit of my salmon and tasted like a cooper penny or nickle. I asked my husband to try it and he said it didn't taste good. I pushed it away and the bartender took it away. About 5 minutes later I felt I had to throw up so I ran the bathroom. We both work in this industry and know how hard it can be to run a business but food quality is the most important thing, along with service to your guest. After getting home I threw up the part of salmon I had eaten. Now we see why Ruby Tuesday's is going out of business because we will never be back to any Ruby Tuesday's."

"My family and I were passing Thur the area so we decided to stop and grab dinner. Well we sat down and ordered and waited for 20 mins for our food, due to them only having 1 frier in the whole kitchen, which is fine bc we ordered 3 meals and they were 2 steaks meals and some wings and 2 baked potatoes. Well we got our food mine was a 6oz steak with tots, my mothers was a 6oz steak with a baked potato, and my nanas was the sweet wing plate. Well both the steaks were thin, dry and nasty, my tots didn’t even look cooked all the way and the 2 baked potato’s we got were hard and nasty seemed like they were 2 days old. The wings were super hot wings when they we supposed to be SWEET. The service was great but the cook needs to be taught to cook or be fired."

"My significant other and I stopped here before driving about 2 hours home from Columbia. Our server was Kelsey and she was awesome. She checked in on us frequently and made sure everything was alright. We shared a mozzarella sticks appetizer ($8.49) which had 8 mozzarella sticks and some marinara sauce. For someone who likes to double dip with sauce, I will say that the cup of sauce is not enough, so I would ask for extra if you’re a big sauce fan. For my entrée, I had the bacon cheeseburger with french fries ($10.99). The burger was cooked medium, like I asked for, and it was nice and juicy. I am a picky eater, so I asked that it basically come plain, just the bacon, cheese, and meat within the bun. The french fries were good, as well. Overall I had a pleasant dining experience, it has been a long time since I had been at a Ruby Tuesday’s!"
