"This particular Wendy's is one of my favorite locations. They're always friendly and it seems like the foods are always freshly cooked whenever we order them, no matter what time of day or night that we visit. I especially love the free Frosty keychain that we bought last year and the kids enjoy getting a snack whenever we visit the Aldi's nearby to do our grocery shopping. I've never had a problem with their drive-thru or in restaurant service or ambiance. They do Wendy's proud!"
"Had to give this location a 5 star all around, very friendly workers, not showing a bit of resentment that a customer has come in, they actually gave off the feeling of appreciation and delight. Very fast service, didn't have to wait in line, like you usually have to, cause the workers don't want to interact with customers. Fast and efficient, when it came to food prep and hand off, it took no longer than 2 minutes since we ordered the food to have it given to us. This was also one of the only locations that had the pretzel buns; each time I've gone to Wendy's in the past, they never had it, this includes many Wendys up and the east coast. You'd think that food gotten to you within minutes of placing the order would be bad, but no, it was perfectly made."
"At the drive through the employees had inappropriate music playing and it was so loud you could not hear through the drive through. When I pulled up the cashier was OK... not super friendly but not rude either. Our order was wrong and the burgers were old. The remake was better just glad the line was not longer or else the rest of the food would have been cold."
"Horrible service, interrupted and ignored multiple times while trying to place our order, workers holding phone in one hand while completing order, very unprofessional and lazy. Dining area was dirty and unkept and they got the order incorrect (big shock)"
"Me and my wife and child come through there at 5 o’clock today. Ordered a large number one Dave a large number six for the coke in with sweet tea. And kides Nugget The girl at the window, fill my large sweet tea halfway up, and when I asked her to fill it all the way up, she got an attitude then she double charged us for our food."
