"I did not get a proper mask fitting. Spent over 40 days with severe neck pain. Called several times for help. The receptionist was great but the specialist was completely unhelpful. Don't know why she still has a job."

"I went in for what was supposed to be a mask fitting. The RT came into the room, did not bother to greet me and said okay, Mrs. Garris what mask do you need. I told her I was unsure as the mask i currently have is not comfortable. I asked if there was maybe a better mask that was comfortable. She was very rude and extremely condescending and I got up and left. I will never go back there again and do not recommend. Common courtesy goes a long way and I got not one bit from this person."

"Horrible to order supplies. Just ordered C-PAP supplies recently. Said I want everything the insurance will pay to replace at this time but the frame is the main thing because mine is broken. After 2 weeks of waiting I call and they say they just got confirmation from the doctor (I could have had it faxed over in 2 days) and the supplies are being mailed out today. Four or five days later I get the box and everything is there except the piece that is broken and I can’t run the machine with out. I call and they tell me insurance will not replace that item but once a year. So no one mentioned that when I ordered or decided to call once it was noticed. They charged my insurance for supplies and billed me for a machine that I can’t use. I ordered the part from somewhere else. When they do call it is from an anonymous 800 number and they won’t leave a message so name them in your contacts or answer every spam call you get or else you will never hear from them. Better yet if you do use this company, call today to order and call every day after to confirm the status of the order. If you don’t want to do that. Choose a different company."

"Horrible customer service. Every time I call they somehow can not find me in their system and/or give me lame excuses about why they haven't done their job including blaming my Doctor's office. My doctor's orders have been sent to them twice I and I still do not have the eqipment I need. It has been more than 4 months since the orders were first sent to them. Please ask you physician to send your orders anywhere but here."

"Wonderful service, it took 2 weeks to get things processed from insurance and the doctor . But they were on the ball about getting my equipment ready They called me and was unable to reach them at the time. But they returned my call the next day and any questions I had. The same day I asked if I could pick up the equipment and they had it ready for me. As well as the paperwork needed for me to sign. Very professional and ready to go."
