"I went in suffering from horrible stomach & pain issues Dr.Sharp was incredibly kind & she listened as I was miserable she examed me & immediately ordered me much needed meds & IVs she was truly kind & focused as I was a hot mess.Nurses Jennifer Afrika & the nurses in the ct department was very compassionate one even rubbed my back as I was weeping scared & in pain 3 of them helped me in & out of the ct machine all impressed me with such respect care & kindness! As soon as we pulled up a nurse met me at the door then an elderly person like myself took me straight back.Those nurses had hearts of gold standard so sweet they all stepped up to soothe me nothing but kindness & carried themselves professionally.Hillcrest hospital saved me 35 yrs ago when I had a light heart attack.Dont let the negative comments mislead you it was awesome to get the emergency room attention I needed. I trust Prisma even my personal Dr is with Prisma Thank you guys for helping me on the last day of 2023 & if I ever need medical attention I will go back i left in better shape than I went in!Tried True & Trusted!"

"Me and my boyfriend went to hillcrest on Dec 18, 2023 at 4am in the morning, I had a temp of 103.4 they put us both in the same room and gave us ibuprofen, they proceeded to check us for Covid, the flu and some other illnesses that I can’t remember. After that they left us in the room for idk how long and then came bck in the room and told us both that we had the flu but they couldn’t give us anything, never checked our ears , throat or anything and didn’t even check my temp again to see if it had went up or dwn I asked her could she check my lungs because I have asthma and that the only reason why she did that! The next day my chest was hurting so bad from coughing and I asked them could they give me something to ease the cough and they told me no I have to go see another doctor! I’m already sick why would you keep making me leave my home to go out in the cold air smh I don’t get it!!!"

"My sister was there in Oct.-Nov., for 19 days. She came there by EMS, very sick and immediately put in ICU. We honestly did not know if she was going to pull through. Dr. Mazzella and every other doctor on her care team were excellent! Every nurse who cared for her was amazing! I wish I could name them all! I’m not from the area, but I stayed with my sister from Day 1 and saw first hand the quality of care she received. I would recommend this place to anyone because of the excellent level of care they give. I truly believe if it were not for this medical team’s expertise and genuine concern for their patients, my sister would not be with us today. Thank you, to everyone at Hillcrest!"

"This is my second in-patient stay at Hillcrest Hospital. Everyone from the Kitchen Staff(Byron and Tamara), to Housekeeping (Brenda and Bonnie), to the Techs/ Nursing Assistants (Edward and Margarita) were exceptional. My nurses - Taylor, Lori, Ali, Alex, from the ER, Geoff, and Irina all went above and beyond. They were all so patient. My OT therapist (Kalisha) and PT (Savanah) were also extremely kind and patient. Even the nursing students from USC Upstate, Greenville Tech, and Clemson were all exceptional future nurses; their patients are going to receive excellent care. I highly recommend Hillcrest Hospital because the smaller setting gives the patients more attention and a more intimate experience as they begin the healing process."

"We were transferred to ICU and the nurses (Alley, Bailey, Lucas, Gary, Joy, and the RT Becca S) they were all outstanding. They went above and beyond to take care of my son. I couldn't have ask for a better team of nurses and RT. I recommend this hospital above any other. We we're at Greenville Memorial the week before and my son was released way to soon. Wouldn't recommend that hospital at all, even tho he did have a few great nurses. I recommend Hillcrest 10/10 and I'll never go anywhere else!!"
