"I know Dr. Hertel is knowledgeable but bedside manner is lacking. At my last visit he said the my blood work was fine and flank pain I am experiencing was from my back. (I do have issues with my back). He was very curt and said for me to make an appointment for a year! I did some research and found another Nephrologist. I do wish Dr. Doctor Hertel and his staff the best. I wrote this review as a window appears every month or so wanting me to do a review so here it is! That is why it is a bit dated."
