"I'm a relatively new patient, two visits, and I chose Centerwell needing to be impressed. I had avoided doctors for 10 years. I actually was greeted in a welcoming professional manner, had a reasonable wait and had a great discussion wth a doctor who made the whole process easy. I believe I made the right choice to partner with them with my health. Yes, impressed."

"I wouldn't take a sick flea here. The walk though was great. Sadly once you become a patient it goes down hill from there. They checked temp kept things clean. Sound great right? Well there are 2 women up front one an African American the other a Caucasian. Well The African American will look to see what color you are if you are of color she will talk with you if not you can stand in the line and wait to be checked in. (So much more I can say on this but I won't for now) Two times I saw a Dr. and both times she was unorganized and in a hurry. Each time they so called had an emergency or some other reason why she was late coming in. Okay 1st time the so called "welcome visit" all seemed good. I went to check out and everyone was going to lunch. I had to wait to get a prescription filled. They were great because the 3 of them talked and one did take a later lunch to fill it, but all 3 were willing. It didn't bother them and who would stay. I was supposed to see the Dr. again the next week. Yet on my sign out paperwork nothing. So I called after I got home and they said yes I have an appointment for the next day. Something told me the next day I better call before I drive all the way across town. Strange I didn't get a reminder email or call. So I called and they said NO I did not have an appointment. Well they have a portal You can email or send messages to your Dr. and they can send you messages. Great huh?? Only it goes down so much and once you do get your email though it seems the Dr. only reads it once you come in. She wanted to refer me to another Dr. for one of my problems and I wrote her and told her I wanted a female Dr. That's one reason I went there so I could have a female Dr. This is my 2nd visit and she just said it's okay you can find out if this male Dr. has a female Dr. in his office.WHAT??? I had a blood drawn that day and she was a true angel. So nice and sweet and no pain was involved. When I checked out again. I got the same rude woman. No this isn't all but I will end it here. The only good this place has to offer is the 3 wonderful pharmacists and the sweet woman that takes the blood. I left I Feel bad for the elderly that gets trapped in there. I am older with many heath problems but I wasn't being treated for none of them. I kept falling though the cracks which they are many. So please DO NOT take your elderly parents there if you love them. As I said I wouldn't let them treat a sick flea."
