"Office staff absolutely refused to properly file insurance claims resulting in specialist referrals all being denied and taking months to sort out. I've tried on the phone and in person and was refused each time saying it wasn't their job to submit referral authorizations to insurance. I won't be going back."

"In the beginning of January, I had a major health event that resulted in me having to follow up with my Primary Care Physician following a hospital admission. In doing so, I was seen by 2 physicians within this group. The attending physician changed a prescription that I was on and after 3 doses of the medication, I experienced horrible side effects. I asked to be removed from the medication and the resident physician ignored the complications that I was experiencing and refused to remove me from the medication. She didn’t do a good job listening or taking my concerns seriously. This practice has recommended medication that placed my heart and kidneys in danger. In addition, the physician group did not think about the negative impact that the stress of the complications from the prescribed medication would have on me and my recovery process from the illness that I originally suffered. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality well thought out care. The actions of the resident doctor and the attending at the time of my most recent visit until now have proven to not be focused on my individual overall health and that’s troubling."

"Loved this place at first. But as someone else posted, can't build a relationship which is the purpose of a pcp. My call to the nurse led to my listening to her rather than to her listening to me. Didn't even ask. I wasn't going to argue with her over what's best for me. Didn't include me in the process. Just told me to go to ER for something that my history has shown to clear up with antibiotics. Oh bother."

"I have struggled to find a provider in the upstate and started going here as soon as they opened. Dr patterson has by far been the biggest blessing. He is extremely attentive and genuinely cares. I will be transitioning my oldest here as he is approaching 18 in a year in a half."

"I actually go to my neurologist here. It’s a great place. Always clean and the nurses and check in people are friendly and helpful. One nurse went above and beyond helping me sort out my insurance issues. I cannot recommend a place more if you need a neurologist."
