"Doctors, you definitely need to learn how to provide a good care of your patients when they REALLY need your help!!! Not just to do follow ups once in 6 months!!! You are even refusing to answer MyChart messages, nurses doing it instead but without even desire to help and just referring to call office and schedule appt when there are openings, SERIOUSLY? Child is struggling from the crazy cough from GERD, and I have to wait weeks or months to schedule appt????! That's just ridiculous!!! This is the only office where doctors rarely answer messages, if you can't schedule appt why you at least don't answer MyChart messages with some advices?!!!! Is that's too much for you!?"
"How they can have someone so heartless as Lisa working there is beyond me. She does not have an ounce of compassion in her. My Goddaughter has had gastro issues for a while now, without knowing exactly what is causing them. They have now come to a specialist to attempt to get answers. They got blood results back and after one nurse saying it was up to the parent's discretion if they wanted to take the hospital/transfusion route. Lisa called them back and told the already stressed beyond belief parent's that if they did not take my Goddaughter to the hospital, she would call DSS on them. Because SHE cares more about her health than her own parents. In what planet is it okay to say the things you said to them? Clearly from the reviews you are the issue with this office. I hope the doctors open their eyes and get rid of you. I really wish I could call you the things I want to call you but I am so much better than that and you."
"The front desk receptionists are all wonderful. Dr. Moye is wonderful as well. My experience with Lisa was absolutely terrible. I called the office to get another sample of Neocate (exactly what the doctor told me to do) and Lisa decided to be extremely rude to me over the phone. She berated me simply because I did exactly what Dr. Moye told me to do, which was to call them and get another sample box when I was running low. I’m not going to order something through insurance until I know for sure that it works but Lisa told me that I needed to take it upon myself to go through my insurance and they don’t have any extras to give. I have friends who are reps and in any instance, all an office has to do is call in for extra supplies. Lisa clearly thinks she’s the “gatekeeper” of Neocate. She also told me they have an allotment and can’t just freely give out supplies even though the actual doctor told me to call up there when I needed more. She opened a box and left 2 cans up front for me with the lovely receptionist. She never came out of her office to speak to me and I’m still expecting a call back from her...it’s been over 5 days. Good luck getting samples of formula for your baby. Lisa, I am a new mom who lacks sleep and my baby has GI issues. You could have been kinder. I hope Santa brought you a big bag of coal for Christmas because that is what you deserve. On another note, I hope I see you at my next appointment because you are clearly too busy to return my call."
"I’ve been dealing with this doctor for more than a year now and have been mostly satisfied. Only until this past Thursday on November 4th 2021 my daughter had her second endoscopy done and more biopsies done. Dr. Markowitz was very explanatory then one of their staff members by the name of Shannon ( last name unknown) brought in a device that was part of something placed inside of my daughter’s esophagus and from the moment she walked in the room with us she was rude and unprofessional. From the 4th to today when I spoke with her for the second time since surgery she treated me and other member of my family as if we were incompetent and knew absolutely nothing. Under no circumstances would I refer her as any type of case manager for any patient in that office!!!"
"We had to take our son in for some serious IBD complications. Dr. Moye and her team have been nothing but excellent in our two visits so far. Even though our 4 year old is a bit fussy and scared of the procedures, this practice has been exceedingly patient, thorough, and caring. We look forward to additional treatments here."
