Hearing Healthcare Center

"Purchased first hearing aids in March 2023. Requirement that they be Bluetooth compatible. They never could get them to work and had to send them back and replace them with a model from phonaks. Over the next 6 months I went in for adjustments five or six times and still did not feel like I was getting as good a service in these hearing aids as I did the old ones that I replaced. I moved to North Carolina in September and was told that they could set me up with a phonak dealer in North Carolina to adjust and service my hearing aids. They never did supply me with that information and I had to find one on my own. They also did not tell me that the three year free service that I received on the new hearing aids was not transferable to any other phonak dealer. The new phonax location that I went to North Carolina fixed 90% of the problems I was having with my hearing aid on the very first visit. It just lets me know that the person in Greer did not know what they were doing. In response to their response, I was never informed by them as to where I could have my hearing aids serviced. I researched and found out that information on my own. As for going back to them for service, I live 4 hours away. Not feasible."

"Moved to the area & needed my hearing aids serviced. Insurance sent me to the Greer office. There was a programming issue when they came back and of course my Rx wasn’t on file since I bought out of state from a different entity. The specialist, Tim Liddy, went “way beyond the call” to fix them for me. Really, it was simply stellar customer service, esp. since technically I wasn’t a local customer! They have my future (and current) business for sure!"
