"On August 21st, 2023 around 1pm, I stopped by because my battery light came on. I went inside and asked if someone could check my battery and alternator. An older gentleman grabbed the stuff and came out. Then Terry came out because the other gentleman didn’t know where my battery was located. Terry told him he had it. I was then not allowed to enter the store once he told me it was the alternator. He went back in and printed out some sort of paper and told me it was a straight cash ticket. When I tried to come in and bring the money to pay once again I was not allowed to enter the store. Terry then came back out pushing a cart with the alternator buried under stuff saying he was gonna act like he was checking my battery again. He wrote his name and personal number on the said paper from advance showing where I had purchased item. Said if I had any problems or concerns to not bring it to the store but to call him personally and he’d help."
