"Horrible drive through line. This location is in the middle of busy intersection. They only have one drive through. People from 3 different directions are trying to get into the drive through line or passing those who are in line. You’re blocking the redlight and traffic going to other stores. A wreck waiting to happen."

"Just picked up a group order (19 meals) that I placed kind of last minute this morning and did not go through the official catering procedures. Despite my lack of notice and failure to follow protocol, the staff was gracious and helpful and prepared my order with perfect accuracy and in a timely manner. They even provided a numbered receipt with corresponding numbers on each bagged meal. I’m so grateful for their kindness and service!"

"Ordered a drive though market salad with grilled chicken, the romaine salad leaves were half frozen and blackish-wilted! This is unacceptable. Had to walk in and explain the situation. They said they will make a new one. Sat down to eat, a new salad. They just flipped the old salad with same wilted greens placed new lid and gave it back to me. Seriously???"

"Always super inviting here. The staff always work hard to ensure prompt delivery with good food also. Food was hot, fresh, and very yummy!"

"I've heard about issues with this location's order accuracy, but I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. On the first day, I ordered two drinks - one special order and the other just lemonade. However, when I reached the window, both drinks were special orders. I informed the employee about the mistake, but she said there was nothing she could do, even though there was a lemonade fountain right behind her. I decided to let it go, but my husband didn't like the combination. The very next day, I returned because our granddaughter wanted Chick-fil-A. Once again, I clearly stated that I wanted two special drinks (one was our granddaughter, kids' meal) and one was to be a large lemonade. However, when I reached the window, all three drinks were special orders. These experiences, along with others, I haven't reviewed, are becoming too much. It's disappointing when the service consistently falls short, especially when it used to be reliable."
