"The service was impeccable at first. Then it became very scary. I was referred to a deceased physician, my prescription was never refilled, and my bill was sent to a collection agency. The collection agency refuses to remove my information from my credit report knowing the bill was paid directly to CWW. DOUBLE JEOPARDY. CWW did nothing to help resolve this. The person in the medical department is very unprofessional and so is the doctor for referring me to a decesase physician. I was never offered an apology or any further assistance. Not only that the wait time was very long for scheduled appointments. This company need to be audited for their billing. They are overcharging for services and when asked about pricing they become very defensive. Dr. Orr is very unprofessional and I went there to begin with because I wanted a doctor who looks like me, but got "something" totally different."
"This was my first initial visit to see Dr. Orr and I am well pleased. The office is nice and clean. She is an amazing doctor with a wonderful and welcoming approach. She made me feel at home and so comfortable. Kudos to her and her amazing staff! I'm happy!"
"Dr. Orr has been phenomenal with my care. Many doctors have written me off and referred me out for infertility and she has worked with me, hand in hand, and now I am finally ovulating and my body is responding as a “normal” body should. It’s been 5 years of changing doctors and miserable cycles and she has been incredible and literally life changing for me."
"I would NOT recommend Dr. Orr to anyone!!! She has poor bedside manner. I met Dr. Orr in June 2014 and I presented my case for a full abdominal hysterectomy due to my research that robotic hysterectomies are not for bigger sized individuals. Dr. Orr was hell bent on performing a robotic hysterectomy. She did not talk to me at the pre-op appointment due to she had to leave to go deliver a baby. I understood and told her I'd see her Monday morning. I got to the hospital 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Dr. Orr showed up at 8:20 - 20 minutes late. She began telling me about an accident outside of her complex & asked if I had any questions. I said no, because I thought that it would be cut and dry. It was not!!! Dr. Orr told my uncle that I stopped breathing a few times and that they had to stop the surgery. Note, that's how she started the case to ask if she could go in and perform a full abdominal hysterectomy. He told her that he wanted to speak to my father since she had just told him they were having trouble controlling my breathing. He had to go outside to call because the cell phone reception was not good inside the hospital. By the time he had come back in with an answer, she had me moved to the recovery room. She then came in and told me (as she thought I was still under anesthesia) that I needed to call the office to reschedule and I need to lose weight, as she patted me on my thigh and ran out. I was livid because I heard all of it. She was EXTREMELY rude and has piss poor bedside manner. I told her surgery scheduler, Karen, that I would be looking for another doctor. Karen called me a few weeks after the near death surgery to tell me that Dr. Orr can do my surgery Nov. 17 and that I need to lose weight first. I told her that Dr. Orr CANNOT operate on my dead dog because she did not just meet me the day of the surgery; therefore, she did NOT just realize I was big. She knew that day one when she laid eyes on me. I told her that they NEVER have to worry about me coming back. To my surprise, I discovered that the insurance that I was told by Karen was NOT paying anything towards my surgery, in fact did pay the doctor. I found this piece of information out today, October 22, 2014, when I called the insurance company to inquire about why they wouldn't pay. The insurance company stated that they paid something towards the procedure and provided a check number of a clear check."
"Dr. Paula Orr delivered two of our four children while we lived in Charleston, SC. (We are a military family so our other children were born in other states or I would have had her deliver them all!) Dr. Orr has an unmatched bedside manner. She takes her time to discuss questions and concerns. She is a skilled physician and surgeon. She had challenging circumstances in both deliveries and knew exactly what to do for a safe and healthy outcome for the baby and me in both situations. The office staff is friendly and professional. The nurses are knowledgeable and kind. I have insurance, yet pay "out of pocket" to go to this office, out of state, to have my yearly physical. I undoubtedly give Dr. Orr and her staff my highest praise and recommendation!"
