"Dr. Werner and his nurse, Wanda, were excellent. Dr. Werner treated me with respect and made sure I understood exactly my situation and my options. He was personable and easy to talk to. Wanda is one of the best medical professional people I have ever encountered. She has an incredible sense of humor and is very genuine. I am a full-time RVer, so I am not in the area for long, but Wanda assured me that once a patient at their office, always a patient. She told me I could call anytime from anywhere if I had questions, concerns, or an issue, and she would be more than happy to help, and I truly believe she was completely sincere. Excellent experience. Would strongly recommend Werner and Glover Women's Health. Ask for Wanda."

"I’m new in town and this office was highly recommended so I made the appointment. The visit was pleasant and professional but the customer service after left a lot to be desired. First of all I informed the front desk I was going to be paying cash for the services but I needed them to still bill my insurance for deductible purposes, which they didn’t do (as admitted by an employee). I also wasn’t made aware that the consultation fee didn’t include lab fees, which I was surprised to receive a month later. All together the visit cost me $640 for a routine check up, I’ve never paid more than $300 before. When I called the office to clear up the situation, I was informed that my visit wasn’t properly handled and that they would reach out to the lab to remedy the situation. Big surprise, they didn’t! Needless to say, the Dr. might be the best in town but I won’t be coming back after this experience. (They also don’t call you to tell you the lab results)"

"Couldn't recommend Dr.Werner and his staff enough! I had found out I was pregnant a few months before I was moving out of state, and knowing this, they still treated me so well. I ended up having a miscarriage, and Dr. Werner walked us through every step of the way. Never felt rushed, and he always explained everything so well. I was in and out of the office a lot for blood work, follow ups, etc. and it was hands down the friendliest, best doctors office I've ever been to. Even after moving out of state, I was still waiting for my HCG levels to drop to zero and they still process my results for me from the blood lab I found up here. Wish they were a little closer, as I would make a far drive to go to this office!"
