"After a year since my last incident with this office, the office staff has really improved but the physician is ridiculously pathetic. I had such a bad experience last go round with him giving me the run around that yes, I made a bad review and it apparently hurt his feelings so bad that he refused service today. The last time I saw him he told me I was just overwieght and needed to exercise but as it turns out I actually have a brain tumor. He ordered the MRI and after waiting a week or two and thinking I has brain cancer he told me I was fine. He refused me service because I had my information sent to another office while he was out of town and I was freaking out, which WAS REQUIRED. Now apparently I have no primary care doctor. I spoke to the office manager who was dismissive and acted like signing the required document, which doubles as a termination agreement, was his given right to refuse treatment. I feel strongly that this is unethical and mistreatment of the client. Who cares what I think though, I'm just an overwieght boy that needs to exercise that somehow ended up with a misdiagnosed tumor on his pituitary."

"This facility has been the worst service that I have ever received. I could never talk to anyone and it was a lot of phone tag back and forth. It took three weeks to get results for lab work just to be told I needed more tests. After about a month and a half of trying to get information, I gave up when the Dr told me that he didn't know what was happening and that I should come back in a couple of months to retake the tests that had just cost me $1000 out of pocket."
