"My wife went to see Dr. Eugene today 08/14/2017. He was completely rude and belittling. My wife called me crying. We are a military family, while I am training I expect caretakers to do just that, take care of my family. I do not recommend this so called Dr. No compassion, no empathy, no professionalism. My wife said, I should have just suffered the two days until her Actual doctor returned. Terrible experience. He made her feel like she was a waste of his time. We believe he is sexist, prejudice or both! Should not be practicing medicine in this manner!"
