"I have an issue, not necessarily with Dr. Bacon, but with her staff. My granddaughter was plagued several years ago with an unknown rash in her genital area. My daughter would make an appointment, but by the time the appointment date was upon us, the rash would have been gone. During the last visit, Dr. Bacon told my daughter to call the next time it appeared and they would get her in THAT day so that the rash could be examined. The rash reappeared today and when my daughter called the office, the staff absolutely REFUSED to accept my granddaughter in. Instead, they wanted to set up an appointment for later in the week. My daughter tried to patiently explain to them that IF we wait then the rash would be gone and we would be back to square one of not having any idea what is causing this. She tried to explain to them that Dr. Bacon had given instruction for her to call and that they would get her in. The Dr. just needed to SEE what the rash looked like while active. The nurse absolutely REFUSED to get her in, or even go back and confirm the Dr's. instructions. This is a young girl who has been plagued, on and off, for several years and this staff is incompetent to the point of reckless for not allowing the Dr's. orders to be followed through. IF, once she is examined by an office with more compassion, it is found out that this is something that could or has caused permanent, or health threatening, damage to my granddaughter I will strongly urge my daughter to seek legal counsel. I am beyond disbelief of the fact that a doctors orders can be, and is being, ignored by a nurse that is the appointed liaison between doctor and patient and I will be recommending (if ever I am allowed to speak to Dr. Bacon) that this nurses job be seriously reconsidered."

"Highly disappointed in the care this Dr's staff has given to my daughter. She has been battling a rash that comes and goes within 12-24 hours. I have spent the last 3 years trying to set an appointment with Dr. Bacon so that she can lay her eyes on the rash when it is present, however when I call to set up a same day appointment, as the rash will have disappeared if we wait any longer, the staff is not helpful as all. They are aware of the condition of the rash and the discomfort my daughter is in, however no one will allow us to visit the practice on the same day due to scheduling. I understand that same day appointments are rare, however so is this rash. We have waiting 3 years for answers and it appears that we will not get any from Dr. Bacon. I cannot fathom turning away a young girl with a vaginal rash due to scheduling. This is not ethical."

"Dr. Bacon is the best there is. With issues since middle school, I’ve been to quite a few docs. My original go-to retired before I had kids and through lots of research on local OBs, both online and word of mouth, I decided to go with Dr. Bacon. She has delivered 2 of my babies now and was there to answer questions, see me when I had concerns and is frankly just a super positive person that gives you peace about what you’re going through. She is open to your desires, yet knows her stuff so is going to have your best interests in mind. Love this lady!"
