"Went with my Mom today for a first visit. We were both blown away at the incredible bedside manner this doctor has. He took his time answered every question she had and even gave us a little history of himself. He was very knowledgeable, and gentle in his information delivery. The front office staff was very professional and together. We were both very pleased."

"Everytime I have been to this office there has been an issue with the front office & the staff keeping up with lab works. Today I showed up for my appointment late due to an accident on the interstate. I called the scheduling line @ 4:13 to let them know I was running late and no one from the front office notified Dr. Lattimore that I was running late. Then when I arrived no one would admit that they talked to me & they said that Dr. Lattimore had left @ 4:45. It is extremely hard to take off work & I had made special arrangements. The lack of care at this office is ridiculous! I will not be a patient there any more. It's a shame that the staff can't be more attentive because Dr. Lattimore is great & the only doctor that has ever made me feel comfortable."
