"Not sure if Dr. Best is accepting new patients but she is absolutely one of the good ones, as she exemplifies excellent “bedside manner” & her competence is evident. She is thorough, has not EVER made feel rushed, & has consistently made me feel seen/heard with every interaction over the last several years. Dr. Best communicates efficiently through MyChart & will often meet virtually, which is imperative for me. I went to a nurse practitioner (Emily West) at the same practice for many years (who I also loved!) & I was upset when she left but I haven’t been disappointed whatsoever in Dr. Best taking her place. She is a true GEM."

"I would give zero stars if I could. My dad has been a patient here for a while and I started taking over his care because he can’t communicate very well due to his medical condition. Good luck trying to reach anyone, your calls are always sent to a voicemail so if you can’t speak like my dad you’re out of luck. They take their sweet time getting back to you. My dad is on pain medication and the nurse takes his/her time (over a week) to get it filled and because it’s a narcotic it has to be called in every month so you can imagine the headache and run around we deal with every month. If and when I do get a phone call, they act like they don’t know what’s going. At this point it’s probably a race thing. I’m looking into filing a complaint with patient advocacy and transferring my dad to a better practice. Save your time and effort…go somewhere else."
