"I had Jennifer do an awesome forearm piece last fall and scheduled the upper arm this summer. This week was the 2nd time she canceled my appointment at the last minute. I understand life happens but then make an effort to make it good for the customer. Wow, you returned my deposit. If I had canceled twice at the last minute, I would have been out $300. I used 2 vacation days to have her cancel last minute. On top of that, each prior appointment, she either shortened my scheduled appointment or had to delay due to running errands. Total lack of respect for your customers' time. If you want to charge professional prices - $150/hr - then act like a professional."
