"Under new management and the owner Valerie is the best. As a working parent this child care fits all my needs and was always there when needed.. This is the best child care facility I have used. Thanks Ms. VAL and the entire team at circle of learning."
"Well my experience was horrible but a true lesson learned what to look for in a facility. The staff themselves seem friendly but the facility lack structure and training. I paid for the initial week along with the other fees. Needless to say my son didn't stay past tues of the first week. I felt there is no clear acknowledgement of who is the manager because the owner come in sporadic, whom did not reach out to me when I made it clear of my issue. Which made me feel as it was a lack of concern since they already receive their money. I had to inform them that the boys bathroom reak of pee and had no soap, while the girls were clean and contain soap, which made me question if they monitor the bathroom breaks. Tues evening I was notified my son threw up and when I got there no effort was suggested for him to be changed with the changed of clean clothes I provided. At the end of each day the children wait in a room for the arivial of there parents and they all cry. Which training, activities and snacks would help with their frustration. The policy prohibits you to drop off your child after 9am even though any road that lead there is fulled with morning traffic and other daycare stop at 10am. You could be in the parking lot and you would be turn away. For sake if you can't work you can't pay, and what about other stress that may be contributing such as getting to work on time. No customer service, once you've paid. So tues evening after getting my son with throw up and no fever I told them if I got home and he seemed ill I will take him to the dr. We departed with ill see you tomorrow. So I got home wash him off, he ate some veggies, 2piece of chicken along with some tea. He was running and playing as his usual with no fever. So I decided to not take him to the dr. Assuming he was fine I took him in weds am. Stop at the door outside. I get a msg stating from a unfamiliar staff that the owner stated he can not return without a dr excuse or for 24hrs which was not required or stated from any staff the previous day. Even if I had took him, how would I have known to bring an excuse without thinking otherwise. Why wasn't I notified of the sudden change through email, or the number I provided or even the evening id pick him up. I left feeling uncomfortable of the future with the company moving forward, I called and notified the staff to note Friday will be his last day. The employee who met me at the door, now on the phone responds ok with and attitude and exerts this is our policies. I respond I am not going to argue. Surely as a parent you would not like to leave your child with someone who was so easily offended. Needless to say I feel there could had been better customer service and communication, which should had been done from the owner. It's not what you say but how it is done. Im just bothered that someone could be ok with receiving 240$ from someone and knowing they only utilize two days because they felt unsatisfied. If you don't care about the brand then most certainly im question of how my child is being provided for."
