"Other than a couple great childcare providers, we had an awful experience. Very unprofessional, at times rude, and absolutely terrible communication. After little to no prior communication about any issues and no attempt to work with us in resolving those issues, I was told through email, with less than 2 weeks notice (and no mention in person any time we arrived for drop off or pick up, which is key because I didn’t see the email right away), that they would no longer provide care for my infant daughter (who likes to be held a lot). As a single mother with no family/friends in the area, this was difficult considering every childcare facility in town has a long wait list. I was then ignored after requesting a meeting with management. This was not the first concern that I had with this facility, but this was the biggest one. Edit in response to reply: it was a friend of mine that posted this review using my computer (and therefore my Google account), so that is why the name Chelsea is not showing in your system. Although this situation did not occur within the year 2023, I do know that it occurred within a year of when the review was posted."

"We love Life House! We've been part of the family for 3 years now. The staff has been amazing since day one. They care for my child as if he is their own. I'm amazed at how much they have taught my son. They provide balanced meals for breakfast and lunch. Life house has helped with every milestone from potty training, manners, and general learning. We highly recommend!"

"I waited a couple months before I wrote a review, because from the first day of just seeing the facility and meeting the staff, it all had to be too good to be true!! I am very overbearing when it comes to my baby, and if you’re anything like me, then this is the spot worth 100% your trust. I was worried someone might be mean to her because she is definitely a sassy cry baby! But they were so patient with her, until this day because they have told me she is a bossy one. This daycare is not only affordable, but the staff genuinely cares for your children, and knows their character! Once my daughter was super fussy, and they asked me if she had a late night because they checked for fever, which she didn’t have, so they were super concerned for her. They feed them (they have an actual cafeteria) teach them academically and every Wednesday they have service to teach the children about god! Not to mention they put together plays, and every age participates! And the entrances to the building remain lock, you have to be let in by a facility worker to enter the building. My child went from not walking, to walking within a few weeks. She can use a spoon, and says thank you, she’s never came home with a butt rash. She’s 14 months! I’m super astonished by this place, and I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. Total recommendation! Great ladies who run this place!!!"

"The staff in this daycare are extremely caring and polite. I enjoy taking my daughter to this daycare because the staff treat my child like their own. They also engage with her in areas where she needs improvement. They are amazing! Definitely recommend!!"
