"I am only giving this location a 5 star due to the employee. She was kind and overworked by herself. Gamestop should be ashamed of how much they are paying their employees. Something needs to change. Do not have one employee working by themselves day in and day out, if you cannot pay an adjusted cost of living wage. These people should feel ashamed. Once again, thank you to the kind worker. But Gamestop, you should really evaluate your compensation levels."
"We used to go a lot since my boyfriend usually has pre orders and has been going to this one for years. Now, with the new management, the door is always randomly locked with a sign saying "be right back thx". This isn't at a specific time during the day it happens at very random times and its extremely annoying when we come up at the times they are supposed to be open and the open sign is lit up while the door is locked. I hate coming here, and my boyfriend doesn't like it anymore either. We will probably start going to the north charleston one or even the one in the mall."
