"I have been trying to reach someone since October…literally. I submitted my renewal and they said they never got it, didn’t receive benefits for 2 months and they claimed that I did, gave me 2 appointments and never called for either. When I try to call they don’t answer or return calls. What’s the purpose in them being there if they don’t want to do their jobs…FRUSTRATING!!!!! -5 stars from me"

"The least they could do is respond to people's emails when trying to get answers on a Case/Application since they don't want to answer the phone. I don't even know where the DFCS office is because they're constantly at a different location but as soon as I find out the exact address, I'm going up there."
"They do not answer their phones, their voice mail boxes are all full for days, & they have the wrong address here on their website! It's been impossible to reach anyone for help! A daycare center on Bungalow told me that DFCS is downtown. They need to take down this old website. See picture for correct address on Fenwick Street, downtown Augusta, Near Red Lobster."
