"I was using my warranty to have a screen repair done next door to this T-Mobile location. While waiting for the repair to be done, I went into T-Mobile to purchase a new screen protector and phone case. I couldn't install them because the repair wasn't done yet. I went to pick up the phone after the repair and went back to T-Mobile. There were customers inside and the door was locked. I called the store and informed them that I just left there to pick up my phone and I was coming back to get a screen protector and case. I let them know when I left even. I was told they locked the door and couldn't let me in because of "covid countermeasures." What? Really? After about a minute of talking to the pathetic salesperson, he agreed to put my screen protector on and would get from through the door. You still have to open the door bro. So I stood outside and waited. Needless to say I don't recommend this store and I won't be going back."
"I went to this store recently because my husband had recently passed away unexpectedly, and the bill was in his name. Brandon was the guy who was helping me. He suggested that I still leave the bill in my late husband's name because we "had a great plan, and it was grandfathered in." I told him I needed to make my bill every month as low as possible. I asked to pay off the phones we currently had, pay the following month's bill, and I also wanted to purchase a new phone, so I wasn't paying an equipment fee every month. I also needed to shut off my late husband's phone, so I wasn't paying for 2 lines. Brandon said I had to call 611 to shut my husband's phone off, which I did after leaving the store. I left there thinking things were taken care of. I just received my new bill, and it was only $10 cheaper. I called 611 to inquire why my bill was so high. I was told that the plan "that was grandfathered in" was 2 lines. So, I was still paying for a second line that I didn't need. Brandon didn't add the amount to my bill, so I could pay off the other phones. That was still on my monthly bill. The lady from 611 said I needed to change the bill to my name and get on a new plan. My new plan will be much cheaper and the account will be in my name. I paid off the old phones, "Again," but for real, this time! I feel like when I walked into this store, the customer service was mostly nonexistent until Brandon knew I was purchasing a new phone. He wasted my time and money, and all he wanted was to sell me a new phone and get me out the door. I would not suggest using Brandon as your sales person at this store because he isn't honest, and his customer service skills SUCK!"
"Came in to get my phone warrantied and Mia was super helpful and friendly! My family is new to the area and she gave me a huge list of places to check out. They made the warranty and set up process smooth and easy"
"The representative was rude and even buying the equipment, she didn't setup the equipment properly and I needed to call technical support. The personnel were unprofessional, distracted and don't know how to do their job properly. I see this pooler location closing for good soon if they keep having these kids with no customer service experience running it."
"Just left this store after trying several T-Mobile stores in both Ga and Alabama. The screen on my wife’s phone went out and we about to get a new one but Brandon (store manager) was able to help us and fixed her phone. I’m eternally grateful you were very professional and knowledgeable we truly appreciate you. I would advise anybody to go check you out. Thank you!!!!"
