"This place anwsers no phone calls. You can call a million times and no one gets back to you. I had a phone interview set for 1:30 and it’s been 3 hours and no has has got to me. Very disappointed!! I would give no stars if that was a option !"

"There is a case worker there (mrs.Ebony white) who is amazing. She informed me (when I called her) that I had an interview with my case worker (Mrs. Morgan) this Friday at 10:30... 12:30 I call the office and they inform me that my case worker is our sick... therefore I have to wait til Monday. No notice about the appointment and no notice about the cancellation or to reschedule."

They also have a voicemail set up but ha ya cant leave a voicemail because their inbox has been full for 3 months.. Worst dfcs office ever!"
