Now even though he didn't get in, I was still highly satisfied with the customer service and communication that I received from at least trying to get it accomplished. She pretty much reached out to me when it should have been the other way around. I failed to update my contact information when it changed, and after being on the list for about 2 years she was unable to reach us when it was our turn.
