"I would like to say this, VR was a absolute blessing for me... thru them I received the training and confidence I needed to get back out in the workforce... the workers and councilors there did all they could to ensure I got the training needed to be a gr8 worker and productive citizen. "I cannot say enough good things about Voc Rehab! Our special needs son was floundering about his future work plans for after high school and we didn't know how to help him. Jeremy Hobbs let us know about VR through the high school and my son worked there 2 summers, learning job and people skills. They helped him focus on a career goal and coached and trained him to get a license for that job. Then they sought out a suitable job for him, speaking with the HR team to ensure a good fit. My son was helped with interview skills and practiced with his VR coach, and was accompanied by his coach to the interview. Long story short, he is working and doing well, all thanks to VR. He is feeling very proud of his own accomplishments, as are we. I wish every parent of a special needs child, or any child with difficulties of any type, could know about all that VR has to offer!"
