"We’ve been with Leaps and Bounds for the last 3 years. The staff is very involved, great with communication, and love and care for the children in their care like their own. The facility is clean, they serve hot breakfasts and lunches, and kids artwork is hung up all through the building. They recently began using an app for all communications and payments can be set up with autopay through the app. They send lots of pictures and updates through the app. They have different themes they learn about each week and they do lots of crafts and learning activities. When we checked in in the morning, all of the staff greeted us with a smile, and on our way out in the evenings they always said goodbye and told my kids they loved them. We recently said goodbye for good as my youngest will be starting school in the fall, and if I ever had any doubt about the way the staff cared for and loved my babies, it was clear over the last week. My youngest son’s teacher, Ms. Lexie celebrated his last day with the class with cupcakes and a dance party. As we were leaving, the director and assistant director both stopped what they were doing to come tell my son goodbye and give hugs and take pictures with him. I am so grateful for our time at Leaps and Bounds. I’m grateful that my children were loved and cared for, they learned so much, and I never had to wonder if they were safe and happy. I will highly recommend and praise this facility to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy childcare facility."

"My son attended this daycare from 1 1/2 to 5 yrs old. He has always loved going and adored his teachers. He’s learned so much while attending this preschool. We have a newborn and he will be attending as soon as he can. We love the environment, staff and owners."

"Completely unprofessional business. My son is 2 1/2 years old. He was going here since he was 6 weeks. On the Friday before the 4th of July the owner pulled us aside and said that our son was "too much to handle" and that day was the last day he was allowed to attend. We had no notice and no opportunity to try and find another place for him. When we asked how he was doing they always told us that he's doing great. Most of the "teachers", as they call them, are nothing more than glorified babysitters. My son came home with scratches on his forehead and arm that the owner gave us report specifically saying that one of the "teachers" scratched him. I had my doubts about this place but my son seemed to enjoy going there. The ownership here is completely unprofessional and the staff for the most part is untrained. Calling this place a "development and learning center" is a joke. Giving this a 1 star rating is too high"

"My son has been here since March, and we love it!! The teachers are all so caring and treat him just like their own child. Jennifer has done some wonderful renovations since the summer! The classrooms look so nice and clean with new paint and new furniture! The playground has been redone with new equipment and mulch! Every Monday I see more things that have been updated over the weekend. I love Leaps and Bounds and more importantly my son does!"
