"Pro Appliance has been to my house several times to look at 3 of my major appliances. Each time a different tech had come out and each one was very professional. One tech, Mr Earl, even discussed in detail how to clean my glass stove top, although that appliance was not even one of the appliances they were called to work on. Thank you Pro Appliance"

"Do not use this company. Owner is an abrupt, crotchety-liar and disrespectful. 41 years in the business-he should know how to speak TO people and not AT them! Continuously blamed everything he was having go wrong on Covid and was just completely unfriendly. When trying to ask simple questions regarding my warranty, what to do if my appliance keeps breaking, he was completely dismissive. Closed out a repair work order from my warranty even though he didn’t fix the items, because according to his receptionist, I was rude to him!!!! Rude??? I was questioning what he was saying because it was completely opposite of what the warranty company was telling me and what his last employee did and said. He obviously was irritated that I was challenging his answers because he was man handling our dishwasher at the same time due to the front panel not coming off like he would have liked it to have. He left in a huff and our dishwasher is now broken on the bottom. His receptionist Hope was a snot to me on the phone when I had to call twice because they also don’t return phone calls. If you’re that miserable in your job, retire already!!!!"

"Called to get a service since my washer stopped working was told Friday by the washer people but pro appliance came the day before! Guy was super nice and knew what was wrong with my washer within 5 minutes. Took a week for the part to come in and they were out here to fix It fast and had it done within 30 minutes!! I was gone when he came to fix it and my little brother wasn’t there he had to wait on him 15 minutes but he waited. (So big thank you!!) So thankful for yawl fixing my washer fast! I forgot dudes name but keep him. He is great at his job!"
