"Avoid Mt Appliance. Please ignore the Google reviews that give this company 4+ stars. Look at the Yelp reviews which more accurately reflect this company. It is getting harder to find companies to repair appliances, but trust me when I say it is better for you to buy a new appliance before calling Mr Appliance. This service charge is more than the industry standard, but even more importantly the repair costs are ridiculously high. I believe that they figure out what the cost of you buying a new appliance is and base their repair cost on that number. They charged me $505 on a base Frigidaire dishwasher after discounting the $135 service charge. Buyer be ware!"

"Very clearly explained the problem and options. Estimated date to return to finish repairs. Gave specific date 5 days ahead. Texted 2-hour time window one day in advance. Arrived within that window. Set to work and finished/checked the job promptly. Gathered every scrap of packaging, etc., while announcing confidently, "You're good to go." Also provided helpful info about appliance brands based on experience in response to our specific questions."
