"I would give -10 if I could. Never showed up, never texted or called back. Thanks for nothing!!! Editing to add this: 1. I honestly thought that I was responding to a bot when I got a text asking how satisfied I was with this business. Had I known that my angry message would be going to you, the owner, I would not have sent it. For that, I do sincerely apologize. 2.Having said that, YOUR behavior happened first, which is why I was so frustrated. You didn’t show up at the agreed-upon time and I understand that things happen but you couldn’t even bother to notify me. I’m a reasonable person and I stay extremely busy with my own work but I always keep folks in the loop so they are not left to wonder what is going on. I hope that your 2024 is much better than 2023."
"I had to use this company because of having a home warranty with Choice Home Warranty. They sent this person out to my house. This man is a THIEF. I paid him up front, to order and install a new replacement a/c system which the home warranty company approved. He took my money and ran. If you have any sense whatsoever DO NOT use him, and if you have a home warranty service, ask for someone else."
"Save yourself time, money and headache and from being ripped off. Condider yourself warned. If you have read any of the previous poor reviews, then you have read my story as well. Two months of being ghosted, of appts set and then broken without word. Excuses of being sick, problems with truck, problems with having gas money, problems with being sent the wrong inside unit. Two months of headache, AFTER he had demanded and received half of the money upfront to start the job. He took away the old compressor unit, and left UNINSTALLED a new Mr Cool unit. After he texted demanding another payment “to finish” the job, i told him to NOT return, and i would hire a reputable company to get my heat pump installed and running. It was done the next day by a good HVAC company. The problems i had with Best Comfort seem to be the same as the other “real” reviewers of this “company”, not good! By the way, anyone interested in buying an uninstalled Mr Cool compressor unit - cheap?"
"WOW I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE HIRING!! For starters, our first meeting was scheduled on July 13, 2022 at 2:30pm, Wednesday…he did not arrive until 5pm…he gave me a quote $900 to install a ductless system including a line cover set ….he began work immediately however by 9pm he had not yet finished installing the Indoor unit….he did not return until 2 days later 7/15th, Friday…approximately sometime after 7pm….again not finished he returned Saturday7/16th and finished installing the outdoor unit around 12:30am in the morning. I paid him $900 in cash thinking the job was complete other than the line cover set being installed. We scheduled for him to come back Monday 7/18th to put the line cover set on….between Saturday and Monday I noticed a water leak on my wall from the indoor unit and I realized my stove no longer worked. He had wired the AC unit to my stove breaker so immediately I tried to call him but no answer…I texted, no response…I then texted his wife from where she had texted me the night he stayed here til 12:30 in the morning….telling her my stove no longer worked and there was a leak and the AC was not cooling the house. She responded and said he would be there Monday, 7/18th…come Monday, 4:30pm he still had not yet arrived….I rescheduled for Tuesday, 7/19th…again by 6pm he still had not yet arrived….he explained he had a toothache and was running behind…he corrected his mistake in wiring the AC to the wrong breaker and said he would return the next morning. He did not. Around 4pm, Wednesday 7/20th, he said he had a flat tire and was waiting on AAA…so we rescheduled again for the next morning, Thursday, 7/21st….but yet again he didn’t arrive til after 4pm….he worked til dark and even then wasn’t done…said he was wanting to make sure the system was working properly and not leaking and that he would be back the following day…come Friday, 7/22….by 2:30pm he still had not arrived….his phone went straight to voicemail so I contacted his wife again….she advised me he did not have the money for gas to drive out there but would come Saturday., 7/23rd. So come Saturday, around 7pm I arrive at my house and he had not yet completed installing the line cover set. Knowing he had not been here for that long…maybe an hour( per video surveillance timing) I became frustrated with the delays so I asked him to leave the premises. The job is incomplete yet he was paid in full. It should not take over a week for an installer with 15yrs experience (from his testimony) to install a ductless system. I would highly recommend finding someone else to do your work for you. He is not reliable nor professional. As you can see from the above…my struggle. I finally had no choice but to end all transactions with him knowing the job was incomplete. I would rather pay someone else to finish his job than have him continue to drag this project out."
"Ghosted me. Gave them plenty of time for scheduled appointment. They did not communicate with me at all. Reached out to the owner and the secretary multiple times and was rudely dismissed. Highly advise against using this company as they will not show up or respond."
