"Don’t go anywhere else. Just don’t. Called OEM (Trane of Greenville) and it’s a wonder how they even have a job. Called D&L and Rob answered the phone. He instantly was asking questions to what I needed, diagnostic etc. after a few strikes I gave him a barcode (I wasn’t sure if it was the right serial). He instantly looks up the unit. Tells me what I need and how much it is. They are even more friendly in person. I went same day to pick up my motor and have ZERO complaints. Thanks for all the help gentlemen."

"Great customer service is what you can expect from D&L in Taylors, South Carolina. The name of the gentleman who helped me today is Orlando. I purchased a 2-ton split system Trane. He helped me load my vehicle and he was very pleasant to speak to. These systems are very nice and also very expensive. And I'm glad they go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need or that my client is very well taken care of.
