"The stove and microwave are fine but the refrigerator was delivered with two shelves missing. After 7 weeks and numerous emails I have only one of them and its not working right. Probably wouldn’t shop here again. Staff is nice and friendly but can’t seem to get this resolved."

"I bought a refrigerator there several years ago. it was a great experience and we have had no issues with it. So I went back to purchase a washer. I purchased it on Tuesday and asked for it to be delivered Friday morning because my husband husband worked third shift and would be staying up for delivery. The lady said if schedule allows. I said if not call me. on Friday 9:15 my delivery would be here between 9:10-11-10. The delivery time kept changing. When I spoke to the delivery person my delivery wasn't even supposed to be morning but 4th. I had to cancel call and cancel the delivery. The man I spoke with said no problem we have time to put you Monday morning. When I spoke with the manager which was the person I bought the washer from her comment was I told you I didn't know the schedule. 1.She didn't call if they couldn't deliver in the morning. 2. I was sent that they were coming in the morning but we're even on the driver's schedule was until later in day.3. If person talking to me on the phone could Friday the schedule would be open for delivery on Monday, the manager would know they could deliver it Friday morning from buying it on Tuesday. 4. The manager was the most uncaring manager in those events and the following phone call I spoken to in scheduling or in the follow-up phone call in my 60 years of living. I would not advise anyone to go there to save a few hundred dollars."

"We had a great experience with Fannings Appliances when buying counter depth KitchenAid fridge. The showroom had a good variety of options from different name brands and styles. The prices were great! All interactions from walking in the door to receiving our fridge were friendly and easygoing. Warranty options were fairly priced and delivery/setup fees were affordable. Highly recommend!"
