"I purchased a washer, dryer and fridge last year and 100% regret it. They claim their products are scratch and dent, new and unused and tested to be fully functional. This is a lie. They remove the serial number labels so when your appliance malfunctions (and all three of mine have), certified repair techs can't service the equipment for liability reasons. Consumer Priority Services, the warranty company they use, is a joke to work with and doesn't respond in a timely manner. We finally got them to send out a repair man for the fridge who was very friendly and willing to diagnose the issue but couldn't honor the warranty and make a repair or order parts because the serial number was missing. He said this is a common and shady practice among scratch and dent stores. So the warranty they offer is useless. And then when the one year warranty expires, they will continue to solicit you to spend more money on a policy renewal. Go to the Lowes Outlet on Verdae instead of this place."

"Bought $5,800 worth of appliances. Had about a year now and the Refrigerator has already gone out. Have called and called no answer go up there the place is always closed. Bought the warranty that they will not honor. Called out multiple repairmen said the model number on the refrigerator was not valid and therefore they will not work on it. So now had to go buy a new refrigerator. Save your money and your sanity and buy from somewhere else because these people are not selling legit products."
