"PLEASE DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS TERRIBLE STORE! I almost fell and broke my hip - they have have a quite literal FLOOD in the store!! Looks like their ceiling caved in and the rain is just flooding the floor. Can’t even get a vape in peace. But don’t come when it’s dry either. The new girl, Ty, is super nice and informative but it’s not worth the risk of being disappointed in the lack of product selection and shopping in rain water. Owen is also really nice. But those are the only two employees worth sugarhoneyicetea. Praying they close and we get a better smoke shop. Just go to another one. This place is overpriced and doesn’t deserve the two nice employees they have. Can’t believe they have them working in those God awful conditions."

"Update!! Read below. Yes, improved! Horrible customer service. They act like they don’t want your business. Slow and lethargic. You would think young kids would have more energy. What do they care, they’re not the owners. They fail to understand that a business makes more money if people want to go to it! Service should be number one! Come on, you can get the same thing at any other vape store. The difference is the service! And I’ll bet they’ll say, well go to the other stores. I will! Lost a sale. Be out of business before long from other people doing the same thing. Good bye! Update! Yes, improvement has come to the shop! The new guy with the cat is awesome! Never let him go! Give him a raise! He will bring in new customers! Much better service, much improved attitude! I’ll be going back as long as he’s there."
