I stand in it at the salon all day and my feet didn't hurt bc they have that memory foam in their shoes! The prices are definitely good! The have a sale buy 1 get 2 half off as of 5/2021! "Excellent customer service! I bought a super cute pair of Syren rain boots for myself and my husband wanted a pair of the Bruster rain boots in black for himself at their buy one get one 70% off sale (which cane out to $22 so great deal). They didn’t have my husband’s size so they ordered ones in his size from another outlet and had them shipped to us. After about a week with no boots, I called to follow up to find out that the boots were said to be delivered by fed ex but they never arrived. I spoke with Jessica (who might I add is a customer service rock star and should absolutely be promoted and given a huge raise) and she took care of everything. She filed a claim with fed ex (who we think lost the package) and got us another pair of boots shipped to my door in four days. This is exemplary customer service and would highly recommend this Sperry outlet store."
