"For some context, we went in about 3 or so weeks ago and bought all our vape supplies that we needed. We go to check out, I give them $50 something dollars in cash, the rest we want on a card. No biggy. Well that was until we seen we were charged the full price on the card after we gave them the cash. We did not notice this until a few days later. We reach out and it’s a game of telephone. Kept getting told we would hear back from someone, only 1 time were we ever called back in this time frame and not from the person who could refund our money that was double charged. The money is still not back on the card. No call backs, no information, just stuck in limbo. This has ruined our experience at this vape store that we would go to almost weekly for eliquid, coils, batteries, etc. EDIT: got the refund today, I asked for 2 requests from the store 1) make this experience less aggravating for others in the future 2) order a juice I have been asking for from the store for 2+ years."

"I've been buying from them weekly. Have had pretty good experiences up until today. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Today I had an issue with a vape pen I bought two weeks ago and had been told by the associate that if it malfunctioned within its warranty period that I could exchange with no hassles. The button it has been malfunctioning, so I brought it in today to swap out. Didn't want a different brand, I like this thing, just a straight swap since I already have the accessories for it too. Well the guy behind the counter says he can't get it ro duplicate the issue so he will not swap it he calls his manager who tells him to "clean" it. So now I have a vape that doesn't work properly and am stuck with because they can't duplicate my issue. Bad customer service when it counts. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on."
