"Usually pretty good service but I tried to buy a green dot card the other night, when I asked if they sold them the attendant said no. I looked at the rack by the window anyway to find that they do sell them and grabbed one. When I put the card on the counter the attendant asked me how to ring it up, when I pointed out that I don't work there he said he's never sold one of these before and I said neither had I and suggested he call his manager for help. This idea didn't seem like it was going to occur to him on his own. After listening to his manager with a look of confusion on his face that only intensified as the conversation carried on, he abruptly tells me he can't sell it to me with no explanation as to why not after wasting 15 minutes of my time at 6:00 am. I strongly suspect he Just didn't understand his managers explanation and in his confusion panicked and decided not to even attempt to follow the instructions he had been given and just tell the customer he couldn't sell it. Ridiculous."
