"No refunds or exchanges after product failed in less than 24 hours? Ashley, the clerk was on the phone the whole time, she charged me for the wrong device and it was more expensive. I had to go back and she didn't fix the original ticket. I'm not even upset about that. I am upset about their refund policy. She told me I would have to go and speak to the owner on Monday. It's a national holiday! Whatever. I will not be purchasing an vape accessories from here from this point on."
