"Got to the door at 8:58, employee was locking a side door, so I went to the other door as it wasn’t locked and opened it and asked to clarify they weren’t closed yet. Employee said he would not sell to me as, “he’d been there 12 hours and wanted to go home”. Fellow prospective customer who was also walking up and said he knew the owner. Hopefully he’s notified, we all have our bad days, but if you’re employees are too tired to wait it out till the store’s actual closing time, maybe it’s time to get some additional help.
