"Speaking for Alyssa since you only allow one reply she tried to return at least 2 of the 4 vapes and you just said there was no re fund after you leave the store. And both vapes were duds they would hit for a few hours then by the end of the same day they acted like they needed to be charged but wouldn’t keep any charge what so ever and wouldn’t hit. I was very surprised when you guys wouldn’t return them for a vape that would actually work like the vape stores in Florida actually do. I just wish you would take care of my girlfriend and keep your word and switch if the vapes like you claim. That’s 100$ she lost on in about a week and we don’t have the money to waste and you didn’t try to reimburse anything.we will give you a a change to make it right but that’s not how you treat a customer."

"Every time I buy an elfbar ultra at this place they are ALL FAKE. AND the way I know that is because the logo always chips off, the sizing is different then the real deal, they never taste right, and they die very quickly or just don’t work at all. That being said, do not buy vapes there. And they are over priced."

"Great little shop with a drive-thru! How cool! The owner is great and is a really nice guy, he shows me all the current deals and helps me find anything I can’t find. The ladies during the day are sweet as well, very friendly and I always get a laugh out of them. When the owner is in he will give a military discount, which is always nice. I highly recommend this shop if you aren’t picky about your vapes and like to shop the sales. If you are picky, they have a great inventory with fair prices."

"I have gone to Smokers Friendly for about a year and they were always very friendly. Yesterday, I went to the drive through and asked Terry to cash out my lottery tickets and for a pack of cigarettes. She asked if I wanted to run the tickets. I said yes that I wanted to cash them out, because I wanted know how much I had won. Instead she ran the tickets through as purchasing new tickets. I had no idea you could run tickets from tickets. I thought you had to have the ones you fill out. On top of that she ran them twice!!!!! Same numbers on two tickets for each game,4 games total. It seems a little odd to me that people run the same numbers twice on the same game for the same night. I was very taken aback when she said I owed over $33. I could not believe she had done what she had done with the attitude she had. Especially running the tickets twice when I just wanted my pay out. I am a single grandmother raising two grandchildren and would never run that many tickets, especially during the financial crisis we are in. I told her that I had just wanted to cash out the tickets and that I did not have that kind of money right now. She said very rudely "Lady I'm not paying for your lottery tickets and they can not be voided in the system, so you need to figure something out." My 10 year old granddaughter was in the car with me and Terry actually scared her. Thankfully, I remembered I had a $20 stashed in my car and was able to pay. I cannot understand for the life of me how she could mistake run my tickets to see what I had won, to giving me two duplicate tickets on each game. I called the other girl at the shop just now and explained what transpired and she said 'oh well, I'm sorry. But people run the same numbers on duplicate tickets for games all the time.' I used to enjoy going there to get my cigarettes, even paid the higher price than the gas station, just to see them and give them business. But from now on I will not ever go back to Smokers Friendly for anything again. If you do go please for your sake make sure they understand exactly what you are wanting to purchase."
