"Completed a mystery shop here tonight a 9:25 of course it was a fail ... stated bathroom is out of order .. truth is he didn't want to clean the bathroom on his shift didn't want to provide a name but corporate was called.. no good customer service at all not to mention when I came in he was on his phone not welcoming at all."
