"In late July early August I placed an order for flowers for my wedding September 5th. I asked to pick them up the Friday before so they would be fresh! I ordered some specialty flowers white anemone were the big attraction and exactly what I wanted. I received a call from the lady who took and placed my order on August 31st telling me my flowers were in! She asked me what the other flowers were that I had picked out! I placed my order in advance and with her....she was writing it down! Now she is asking me 5 days before picking up my super fresh flowers! I was annoyed and said I’d pick something else out when I came in Friday! When I got there I have to wait and wait and wait until some even acknowledged my presence. I am only 5’10” with red hair I see how....When I picked up the first bundle of ten they had rotten flowers in the bunches! The come in wrapped in tissue and no one bothered to process them properly! She opened up my packs and a few extras that she had and rebounded the better dying blooms they were one bloom short per 4 bundles ordered. She proceeded to put warm....warm water in a bucket to keep the sort of fresher! I did not realize the water was warm until I got back home! The petals were falling off and most had rotten spots on the petals. I was able to use a few of them, but all the corsages and bouquets were limited to a few in my bouquet and a couple in the maid of honor! I picked out some greenery and and made the best of what I could do! She didn’t don’t charge me the same on both that were exactly alike and I didn’t notice until I got home that she charged me for the specialty flower bundle I didn’t get! What a rip off! This use to be a stand up company, but the boss lady does not know how to delegate to her employees. She makes everyone wait so she can put her hands on everything which is a waste of everyone’s time including mine! I feel like I was ripped off! That really sucked!"
