"Dev's is a great place to cash your checks and grab a drink for after work. There was a line ahead of me, but I was in and out with cash in hand in less than 5 minutes. Very fast service and reasonable check cashing fee. A 900 dollar check only cost 12 to cash."

"I love this place so much they have so many good choices. They're owner and employee are so very friendly!! There's no other liquor store or spirit store anywhere around that has their great prices. I hate to admit this but I stop there so frequently just because of their friendly employee and great prices. So I highly recommend this place very much so!!! "I have have been inside this place 2 times. Today was my second time and I will definitely not be going back. I didn't really want to go this time because the first time was a strange experience. The guy who runs the register was going out of his way to be unfriendly. He told me the price and I handed him my American Express and he said, "We only take Visa." So, I gave him a Visa to pay and then left. Never went back until now, because I like to use my Amex for the points. Today I went in to get stuff for margaritas because tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, and this store happened to be most convenient. The same guy was there and acting very unfriendly, almost like he didn't want me there. I didn't think much of it until he told me my card was decline. It was a Visa that I had just used to get gas earlier. I thought it was strange, but handed him another visa that I knew had $900. This time he tells me it said insufficient funds. The purchase was only $42. I didn't argue with him and just walked next door to the grocery store and made a purchase without any problem with the same card. I have no idea why the guys in this store are so weird, but I would suggest going anywhere else but there to purchase spirits."
