"Went to store today ( 2/08/2024 ) around 2:30pm as I normally do about once a week. The guy at the cash register who I always have conversations with since the store 1st opened, Was unusually rude,disrespectful and condescending. I asked him how his day was and how he was doing ( as he and i always do) and he all but told me to shut up and leave him alone....lol..lol... I chalked it up to him having a bad day but I told him I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've sent over 30 members of my team over to this location since it opened but will now advise them to go a block down the street to ( LUCKY LIQUORS ) where the staff is friendlier."
"Older gentlemen there, not the friendliest and doesn't have any knowledge on bourbon, so he couldn't really assist me. Even when asking for something specific, it was more or less I'd have to look on my own. I'm not sure if he works there or was just feeling in for someone, but I'd expect someone working at a liquor store to have some liquor knowledge. I'm not saying know everything but know enough to answer questions like "Hey, do you have xyz by any chance?" The selection wasn't bad. Wasn't great, either. It was just okay. My experience doesn't warrant a poor score, so I'll give 3 stars, which is medium/mediocre in my eyes."
